Nobody surpasses the quality of our offshore rigging. The “Bally Bomber” was designed by us here at White Water Outfitters. This rig is designed to get your ballyhoo down deep in the spread. This rig features a hookless Bomber CD30 diving plug, rigged to a color -coordinated 3 oz. Joe Shute trailing behind it with our choice of either a pin rig, or wire rig. When you want a get a little more depth out of your ballyhoo, but don’t want to fish a planer, this is an excellent choice.
